Return & Refund Policy

At Tavon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products with every order. However, due to the perishable nature of food items, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Perishable Items

Most of our food products are perishable and made to order, which means we cannot accept returns once the item has been delivered.

However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:

The item received is damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
The wrong item was delivered.
The item was not delivered at all.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items (such as packaged snacks or merchandise), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin preparing your food and cannot cancel or refund the order.

4. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of replacement, we will dispatch the corrected item as soon as possible at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement if:
