At Tavon, we take great pride in preparing and delivering fresh food made to order. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After this time, preparation begins, and we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via:

    Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Prepaid Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the cancellation request is made after food preparation has started, no refund will be issued.

4. Right to Cancel

Tavon reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as:

  • Non-availability of items

  • Delivery not serviceable in your area

  • Payment failure or suspected fraud

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
